GOVERNANCE STRUCTURES

Since its establishment in 2017 TBW has grown exponentially with a substantial member base with Chapters in almost all the provinces of South Africa as well as an international footprint in the UK, Mauritius, Malaysia, Reunion Islands and China. A supportive network has been forged through the collaboration with the different Chapters and within the TBW platforms and significant business opportunities have been created. There are also a Chapters that deal with Women entrepreneurship and Youth entrepreneurship, two sectors that are crucial for economic development.

A permanent office with a CEO and an Admin Assistant have been appointed to oversee the day to day operations of the organisation and to provide administrative support to the Executive (Chairperson and Founding Member) and the different Chapter’s. This is complimented by the appointment of an Advisory Board to provide advice, support and wise counsel to the organisation.
