EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM

The Participant shall complete the Expression of Interest form available on the "I'M INTERESTED"

link below.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INTEREST

The Participant shall receive an acknowledgment of receipt by way of email. This email will

include a link where the Participant will be able to download the Competition Rules and

information regarding the registration requirements. Entries will not be accepted via email.

PREPARE VIDEO CONTENT

The Participant shall prepare their video content as per the Assignment. Participants may

create multiple videos and upload these on the Social Media Platform (SMP). Participants

are not restricted to use the same video across the various SMP. Participants shall only be

permitted to enter one video per SMP.

UPLOAD VIDEO CONTENT ON SMP

The Participant will upload their video on their social media profile. Only videos uploaded

after 10th March 2023 will be considered for entry.

REGISTER FOR MOST INFLUENTIAL INFLUENCER (MII)

The Participant shall use the link found on the Competition Rules to register their entry.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REGISTRATION

The Participant will receive an acknowledgment of registration by way of email.

ASSESSMENT OF ENTRY

The video content shall be assessed for eligibility as per the Assignment. Non eligible videos

shall be disqualified.

CONTESTANT NUMBER ISSUED

All qualified and eligible entries will be allocated a contestant number. The Contestant shall

be notified by way of email within seven days from date of registration. Contestants are

now in the race to win the Grand Prize of R100 000 and the Title “TBW’s Most Influential

Influencer”.

The Contestants are permitted to resubmit their video link up to the closing date. The

updated video link must be sent by way of email to mii@tamilbusinesswarriors.org with the

subject line: “CONTESTANT NUMBER – VIDEO LINK UPDATE”

Should you not receive a notification within seven days of registration, your entry shall be

deemed unsuccessful.

WEEKLY LEADER BOARD

The top five Contestants with their video links and scores shall be published on the TBW

website and facebook Page. This will be updated on a weekly basis, thereafter on a daily

basis 14 days prior to the assessment hour.

RACE TO FINAL

Entries close on 6th June 2023. It should be noted that in the event the Competition is

oversubscribed the Promoter reserves the right to close entries earlier than the official date

agreed upon.

DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER

The final hour wherein the Winner will be determined is the period between 20h00 and

21h00 on 10th June 2023. Due to the technical challenge of measuring the scores

simultaneously the final tally to determine the Winner during this period shall be from the

lowest to the highest scoring Contestant (based on the previous hour). The screenshot

clocking shall commence at 20h00 sharp and end until the highest scoring Contestant is

locked.
